I am Hilary Shipley, a Freelance Residential Conveyancing Locum.
The areas I cover are West
and North Yorkshire and East and Central Lancashire and I am available on a short or long-term basis.With the recent upturn in business you may need locum assistance at short notice and as you will deal with me directly the process of locating a locum will be faster than going through an agency.
I am self employed and you will have no agency fees to pay. You can rely on me to provide a reliable and efficient service either with or without secretarial/admin assistance, and to deal with your clients and referrers in a friendly and professional manner.
I am highly experienced in the day-to-day smooth running of a conveyancing workload and possess the necessary attention to detail that is essential in this profession.
Additionally, I am able to offer a legal documents proofreading service, either at your office or remotely.
I have been a residential conveyancing fee earner for over
eleven years. Coming from a secretarial background, I was a legal conveyancing secretary for eleven years and a conveyancing
assistant for a further two years before becoming a full time fee earner in 1998.
